Slacking Off

I know, I know.  Where's the one blog post a week?  Seriously. 

Needing to pack the house, keep up on orders and enjoy all that summer has to offer has put a wrench in my plans to keep this blog updated.  I swear I have ideas for posts. :)

Meanwhile, I've been sewing items for stocking in  our Hyenacart Conglomerate "Make It Canadian, Eh" which stocks every two weeks including today!  Previews will be posted as of 3pm Eastern Standard Time with shopping opening at 7pm EST.  Here is a link for you to check it out: Make It Canadian, Eh on Hyenacart

What you don't see is the mess of papers, yarn, buttons, patterns, post-it notes about moving stuff, shipping supplies hiding behind my computer's monitor.  We can't wait to move into our new house - including a new workspace for me!  I'll be going from an approximately 80 sq.ft work room that doubles as an office to at least double the size with a built-in desk and a closet with great storage for fabric and yarn!

Now it's time to get down to business and amp up my packing!  Unfortunately that means I'll have to pack up my sewing supplies and sewing machines for a little while.  Sewing orders will be closed until the beginning of September.  Crochet orders will continue as scheduled as long as I can - crochet is very portable. :)

    I can't wait to see how you design your new space! As for the blog a week thing...it's summer!!! That can be your excuse :) LOL

Well aren't I the slacker. My desire to share my creations with you through this blog of mine has taken a back seat as of late as I work through your custom orders! Well the show was a success (in my books at least) since I sold some of each type of stock and I sold to not just my own friends but also to new customers! I do have a lot of stock left over and I would love these necktie clutches to find good homes. All clutches are available at the time of posting. These are cross-posted for sale. Average size of a clutch is 10 inches wide by 5.5 inches tall. The opening is 6 inches and there is a small 6-inch pocket with velcro-closure on the inside. Shipping is $4 letter mail within Canada for one clutch. Parcel with tracking and insurance within Canada starts at $10 depending on your location. Shipping to U.S. is $5 for light packet (one clutch). Happy New Year, Social Media and other news

Most of my social media presence has been on Facebook but I've recently branched out to Instagram. You can follow me there! Allison on Instagram   I realize that not everyone uses social media but they still want to be able to order necktie clutches from me. Well now anyone who can access the internet can see my current stock of available neckties to choose from!
